is looking for a
CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE – FLUENT DUTCH
on behalf of an important company operating in the local area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries through telephone and digital channels, providing accurate assistance and effective solutions. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and its customers, offering information about services, commercial offers and procedures, handling requests and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls
, carefully listening to customers' needs and providing clear, comprehensive and professional answers.
Provide assistance with services
, commercial offers, activations, contract amendments and operational procedures, in accordance with company policies.
Accurately record customer requests, reports and contact outcomes in the company's management systems.
Handle complaints and customer issues
, identifying effective solutions and escalating more complex cases to the relevant departments.
Promote services and commercial opportunities through a consultative approach, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with the team and department managers to monitor service quality and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively within a team.
Fluent Dutch language skills
, both written and spoken.
High school diploma or university degree.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.
Confidence in handling telephone interactions and managing customer relationships.
Good computer literacy and familiarity with standard IT tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Flexibility and willingness to work shifts.
Employment Details
Contract:
Initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the prospect of permanent employment.
Salary:
Annual gross salary (RAL) between €23,000 and €25,000.
Contract classification:
Level D1 – Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria).
Working hours:
Shifts within the following time slots: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
