We are looking for an
HR Generalist
to support the HR Managers.
This challenging and dynamic role will see the person developing a broad understanding of a multibrand, multifaceted business with strong international connections.
You will bring your analytical, data management and digital skills, proposing continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Supporting HR Managers in all day-to-day processes
Supporting cross function people budget planning, including forecasting and monthly budgeting, in cooperation with the relevant Finance Controllers
Supporting the internal talent review process, in cooperation with the function managers. Dowload of completion reports, note taking during meetings, preparation of meeting output presentations
Support in HR admin responsibilities, including review of contracts, policies, translations from English
Proactivity in the implementation of visual and concise dashboards on HR KPIs
Support in interacting with internal stakeholders, including projects in collaboration with Richemont Europe and the HQs of our maisons
Support in extra projects as required by the business
Profile
Strong predisposition for data analysis and attention to detail
1-2 of experience in similar positions
High organisational skills, flexibility
Curiosity and enthusiasm for the HR world in all its facets
Proven proactive behaviour
Strong interest in the world of luxury retail
Ability to work in a team, collaboration, desire to learn also through feedback
Speed and accuracy of execution
Excellent spoken and written Italian and English
Excellent use of Microsoft Office package
You will receive a highly formative 6-month experience in a dynamic team guided by the principles of collaboration, transparency and excellence.
